There's a metal tube about the coil packs on the passengers side. How do I take that off so I can change #3?

Are you talking about the silver fuel rail? If so just pull up on it.. Might spill some gas.. Also be sure to not lose the o rings.. They have a habit of getting stuck in the rail if you cannot find

Take the COP bolt out and pull it out at a angle. These trucks dont require pulling the fuel railto change the plugs.

Yep, that's the easier side. I use a bungy and strap all that harness and plumbing crap out of the way first. Blow out the chambers w/compressed air, - crack them all lose then blow them all out once more before removing the plugs. That way you won't have a bunch of foreign matter dumping into the engine....which can make for a very bad day later on.

The only difficult one to really maneuver is the 3rd one on the drivers side. So the general consensus is that you do not need to touch the fuel rails.

I undid the bolts to allow for a little extra play, but looking back; it was unnecessary.
