See photo - 99 f150 - can a body shop heat it and push it out?

They probably can, but why? They will probably charge you a lot. If it where me, I'd get a hair dryer, and like a 4" paint roller and try to do it yourself, or live with it.

I had one in mine. My buddy just punched it really hard. Mine was bigger though.

I've tried a hair dryer - not enough heat - that plastic is pretty thick. I have a heat gun but - maybe if it was up on a hoist - could get to it easier.

4 bolts and the bumper comes off. Throw it in the bed and heat up the inside and pop goes the weasel.

Just use a hair dryer and a rubber mallet. It will cost you $0.

Debating on what a shop would charge you, yo could probably upgrade to a 4x4 lower valence or just a new 2wd they're not that expensive!
