Installing a lift
Hey guys, i have used this site alot to help with my truck n finally decided to join.
I have a 97 f150 and just ordered a 6inch suspension lift for it. The shop quoted me $600 to install the lift. Just wondering if any one hear has installed a suspension lift on their truck and whats involved with it, to hard for acouple of guys to do in a weekend or is it do able?

Do You have a list of the Items in the kit?? Either way If you're handy and you have the tools or access to them you can do it. A 6" lift is much more complex than a 2-4" but you can do it. Save your money for the alignment you'll need.
