How much lift for 35's?????
ive got a 98 eddie bauer expedition 2wd and want to know about high i need to lift it to fit some 35's on it.yes i already got rid of the crap bags.

now ive heard that with 2.5" springs or bigger i need to get the upper lift control arms.is this true?also how high could i go with the spring before i run into problems with the lower control arm also.what would i then need to do.

have you checked to see how much a whole kit is on ebay its called a spindle lift and i thinks its a 5.5 inch and that would be enough i dont recall them being that much the last time i seen them

yea thats basically what im talking about how it comes with upper control arms.i just think the factory springs will ride better so i was just gonna make custom 3" cups that just bolt in up front.im just curious though lets say i get the kit spindles and the 3" springs for 6.5"....if i add a 3" cup to that for 9.5" would i have to drop down the lower control arms.and what about like the steering.
