How to get extra lift..?
I have a stock 99 2wd EXT F150.
I want to run 35/14.5/20s w/at least 6" lift. Doetsch makes a 5"/2" but would give me a 3" block in the rear for only $640. It comes with a spindle and coil springs. I am not positive, but I think its 3" Spindle and 2" coil.
I want at least 6" front/4" rear. Would it be safe to run a 1 or 2" spacer in the coil to achieve 6" or 7" up front? And if I get a 3" block (biggest doetsch has) whats the cheapest way to safely bump the rear to 4 or 5"?
Since its 2wd I need all the help I can get, so I am debating going with 35" 14.5 SS Irok Radials.

You can't run an extra spacer with the lift. The doestch kit uses a spacer already. And you cannot stack, or go over 2" of spacer/coil lift without seriously wrecking your front end. If you want more lift, try the 7.5" fabtech lift or add a 3" body lift to the doestch kit. I ran 315/75r16 (roughly 35x12.5) on a 3" spindle and 2" coil spacer on stock wheels and BARELY, I mean BARELY, cleared them. Like within a 1/4". If you want to run 34s like a 295 or whatever you can prob get away with the doestch kit on stock wheels. But for your tire specs it's not guna work. Honestly idk if any kit for the 2wd is capable of handling a tire/rim that wide without spindle rubbing trouble. Choose your wheel offset wisely.,. Also for bigger rear blocks, a lot of lift companies sell the larger blocks by themselves so just google around and you will find some.

Lol...people choose a tire and then try to make it fit.... I'll tell you one thing ...you don't want 6 inch blocks in the rear...

Thanks for the advice guys. The 5/2" kit doe not run a spacer, but your saying I should not run a spacer with the coil because it will kill my front end?
I deft. want to get a real wide offset, do yall know of other killer mud tires that are not so wide? I want rims close to 20"
Doetsch also makes a 6/3" for $950, it comes with U.C.A, Spindle and coils. If I wanted 4 or 5" in the rear would it be bad to weld a extra 1 or 2" block to the 3"? If I did the 6/3" could I just toss in a 1" spacer or would that still be to much..?
I was planning on saving up for over a year to get a 6.0 F250 KR.. which I could but then they have so many problems.. and only at 20 I'm thinking itd be smarter to keep my truck since I know her so well and just buy a badass truck in a few years... But that won't stop my gear head addiction in the mean time..

End goal would be to look similar to Blues truck.. so Sexy!

Spacers and lift could do effectively the same thing. Either, or.. Shouldn't be stacked. You don't want to go over 2" of lift from using a coil or spacer. Spindles excluded. You definitely should not weld your blocks. They are cast iron and would be putting you, your truck, and others in danger. Just buy bigger blocks, they can be had for less than $80 all over the place... If I were you, I'd go with 7.5" fabtech. And 35x12.5x20 mud tires. That's the best setup I can think of with the least BS and headache involved that comes close to your preferences. However be prepared for your truck to be a huge turd on acceleration and towing. Especially if you have the v6.
Edit: fabtech offers wheel offset recommendations with their lifts on the site last time I checked. So that much you will know if you go with the fabtech.

I got the 3" Rough Country lift on mine. Want the Fabtech eventually but later down the road.
Anyways everything i have read the best lift would be the Fabtech, best deal for the money that I have seen. Plus if you want more lift later you could get 3" body lift.
Not 100% but since the Fabtech techincally puts everything to stock, i believe you can still put spacer on the front for more lift.

Just do it right and get the fabtech now. Trust me its worth it. If you can't afford it now, wait till you can. Don't get a 3" now and then get the fabtech a year later.
