How fast will my f150 go?

Uh.
What are you looking for? "Fast" is not really a term in numbers. Your max speed before it hits the limiter? Why does it matter, you shouldn't be going that speed anyway.
How quick will it do the 1/4 mile? Probably 20 seconds if you're lucky.
As I'm sure you know...your truck is not meant for racing.

I was just wonderin cause ive heard of people with stock f150s going over the limiter i know the speedometer only goes to 100 mph i was just wonderin how fast shed run right now

110 or so, maybe 95 is what the speedometer would show with your tires if you haven't adjusted for them.
A programmer can remove the limiter so you are able to blow the engine if that tickles your fancy.

Nah i dont wanna pay 300 somthin dollars for a programmer to blow my engine always thought that was stupid and so do u think it goes faster with the tires i dont know if the previous owner adjusted for the tires

Still hung up on "faster" huh?
Your question doesn't make sense and I'm trying to figure out what your really looking for here.
It will be "slower" with larger tires.

Too Loud? Too Bad!
But... going with bigger tires couldn't make you go faster... maybe while offroading depending on the tire, but on pavement? More grip/traction depending on the kind and size maybe, but faster.... no. If for no other reason, they'd be heavier than stock tires, which would make you slower. If you wanted to get some of the oomph back from the tires getting bigger, you should regear.

Dont be stupid while driving and you wont blow the engine. The programmers really help. But if your planning on going fast enough to blow your engine, it may not be for you.

Programmer(de-limiting option) + engine = faster + blown engine
Solution:
(Programmer - de-limiting option) + engine = faster - blown engine
