Default how do you fold the back seat(extended cab)

I have a 1999 F-150 and is there anyway to have the back seat of and extended cab fold or what ever? If you post pics that will help a lot. Thanks

on my '99 the bottom of the backseat flips forward, hinged at the front, to make a metal load floor. I'm assuming yours would do likewise as it's a '99, but I'm given to understand after our year they changed it to them folding up, hinged at the back, to use the actual cab floor with more space

oh and I'll try to get pictures for you when I get home later

I saw the hinges at the front but couldn't find a latch or something to realeas it to be able to flip it forward.

I see. then you have the same setup as me. then here's a backseat shot, you see where the seatbelt clips are? there's a little loop in there, pulling on that releases the seat forward.
