I'm trying to replace the power window motor in my 98' F150 and am having trouble removing the motor. They used rivits to install them at the factory and I was told to punch them out, so I did. The motor is still attached to the inside door panel.
So then I drilled the rivits hoping to losen them up but they just won't come out.

Can anyone help me?

Yes punch out the centers, drill off the heads, been years, 5/32 drill bit. Still having problems, use a hammer and chisel and sideways shear off the heads. Reminds me of my aircraft days doing sheet metal repairs. Fun times but no money. Another story.
