Default How to change time on clock

It seems like it should have been a pretty simple thing to do, but for some reason I can't figure it out. I looked in the book and the directions in it, didn't work with the cd player thats in it now. The book said to hold down the clock button and press scan up and down to change the hours. The only problem is the cd player in my truck has no "clock" button. I'm positive this is the cd player that came in the truck originally and not an aftermarket one.

Anybody know how to get it to change? If it would help I could get a picture of the cd player and console area.
