Question Hot or at least warm

Help is needed. I have a 2001 f150 4x4. The 4wheel will only engage when the tempature ,outside ,is above 60 f. What is tempature sensitive the vaccum soilnoids????????????? Really need help

no idea myself....water in vac line freezing it up???
Any luck figuring this out yet?

i do have vacuccum on one side bought a manual just haven't had time to recheck. Very odd problem. Did check the lines also no leak or water.

Smile The answer

the problem with the transfer changing when warm and not changing when cold was due to very dirty fluid.
Always change at least once a year. Only two quarts.

ahhhhhhhhh good 2 know! Mine is a 2000, bought used from dealer this past October. No idea what they did/did not do! Make sure I change it this year before another craptactular Chicago winter hits. global warming my ***!
