1999 F150 4x4 4.6 5 spd manual. 245k. Just got the oil results back from Blacstone Labs. Internally she looks pretty darn good according to the results. Sorry about the huge picture, can't figure out how to downsize it!

Thanks for all the comments. The only worry I have about this truck, now that I see she can take the mileage, is the dang rust underneath. This truck lived down the shore, & even the valve cover bolts are almost rusted away. I just found out that what looks like the trans cooler brace is gone at the bottom, & even the spare wheel is rusted badly. It looks great from the top side though........
