Default HID question (tired of searching)

whats up guys have any of yall had an issue with HIDs where you turn them on and your radio reception becomes really poor but when you turn them off its fine. my antenna is tight and the wire going to it isnt in bad shape or anything. its gotta be some sort of interference but is there a way to fix it? im thinking i need to ground my lights to my battery or something. when my buddy parks his truck next to mine and turns his HIDs on my radio works just fine. it also affects my CB radio reception too. what do you guys think? thanks

Where did you get your HIDs? Cheaper non digital kits will give interference with radio signal. Only fix would be to get a good kit with the correct ballasts.

its a pretty high end kit im not sure what brand they are off hand but i was thinkin of adding a radio noise suppressor to my head unit and a noise supressor to my cb radio i think this will fix the problem instead of buying new HIDs
