Classic Roots Supercharger?
Is there anyone that has done a classic lobed roots supercharger on 1998-2003 f150s? I wanna do one because it looks cool to me and it'll add some power. I know these SCs are not as efficient as modern types but I want the look lol.

That's a lot of money for a look...
Can you make your own intake manifold?

Whipple = twin screw
Eaton m112 = roots
There are many supercharger options that fit on the lightning intake manifold. Although none of these superchargers resemble a classic Weiand supercharger sticking out the hood. You have lots of reading and research to do.

Are there upgrades that add to the hp gains of a supercharger? Like when I had an LS1 Camaro the average upgrade stuff was Headers+Cam+Intake and then some sort of turbo... Do people typically do that sort of stuff to these trucks or is it just a turbo thing? And yeah I know I need to upgrade some engine stuff to support turbo.

Do people typically do this stuff on a truck...no....But I do haha.
Headers are not really be needed, and only net you a few more ponies. Your best bet is to get a larger diameter crankshaft drive pulley so the supercharger will net more boost. That can gain you anywhere from 35-50RWHP. Really depends on the supercharger setup. The rest of the modifications only net you minor gains. You can hit 425-500hp at the crank with the right setup.
