Default Heater troubles

Hey,
I have a 1998 ford f250LD with the 5.4L engine

When i turn on the heat, the air blows cold air, and when i turn on the a/c, the air blows the same temperature.. I can tell that neither are working.. The input and output hoses to the heater core are real hot so it cant be a blockage in the hoses..

Would it be my heater core broken or is there something else i can try to do before ripping my dash out

More than likely it's the blend door motor. https://www.f150forum.com/f6/optiona...-repair-18601/

Blend door for sure, might as well change the heater core while you're in there.
