well i cant see out of my windshield because it fogs up
it was looped when i got the truck
but i thought i would hook it up and put somee alumaseal in it to get it to stop leaking
im in central texas but it still gets cold and i need a heater so i can see
the heater core is 41.99 at oreilly's and i think im capable of changing it
but i need to know what i need to remove to get to it

I am on number nine. It still leaks as I am writing this. Yes, you need to remove the instrument panel to get to it. I have the instructions from a shop manual somewhere in a PDF file. PM me your e-mail and I will send it to you.

I don't take the column out, just move the driver seat back and drop it to the floor.
