Rear wheel spins when jacked up

Rear wheel spins when jacked up

presently replacing the rear brakes, both wheel are off, Jackstandds of course, trans in gear,,,,,the left wheel will not spin by hand but the right one will,,,,,should I be scared? Iv'e got a bad feeling about this

You should be able to spin either one side or the other and the opposite will spin backwards.
