Default Heat on full always, help please!

I have a 2002 F150 4.6L and the heat is all or nothing. No matter what I set the panel to, AC, vent, heat, whatever, it's all or nothing with heat. It's getting old with the hot September here. would be nice for some cool air to blow out of there. Any ideas would help!?!?

Default blend door broken

Mine did the same on my 99 Expy...the blend door sits right in the center under the dash...it's either the morot, or as in my case the door itself was broken where it sits onto the control motor....THE ENTIRE DASH had to come out from door to door!!! then the top of the box comes off and the 12.00 plastic door rests inside it.....and the motor for the door is on the bottom of the box against the floor!

try this...hit the gas hard see if it changes (door slides backwards)....if not get going and slam the brakes (try to get the door to go forward)

it's either that or the control of you door isn't working
