Question, what are the smaller holes on the lower backside of my headlights.

Do they have a rubber looking straw coming out of them? if so its the drains for the headlights.. without a pic we can only guess what you're talking about.

Most likely for drainage/breathability. Should keep your lights from fogging from the inside.
