Default Have you ever changed your fuel filter?

The Ford F150 recommended mileage for fuel filter replacement is every 30,000 miles, when I bought my truck it had 80,000 miles on it and the fuel filter had never been changed. I would assume with MAF, Computers and fuel running at higher PSI that it would be way more important to change your fuel filter on time over a carburated engine. Just another thing to check if your MPG goes down!

Absolutely, people tend to forget about it. Once you have the correct disconnect tool its a snap.

Default Plan to get gas on you

I have changed them with and without the needed tool and every time, I get covered in fuel. It is not that hard to do, just messy.
