Default hand hold leaks

My driver side hand hold on my 2001 SuperCrew leaks after heavy rain. Has anyone else seen this?

Hey Aggie, you need to roll up your window when it rains!

Sorry couldn't resist. Never have heard of that problem.

Possible rust spots on the roofline or pillar? Bad/damaged door or windshield gasket/weatherstrip?

the windows go up?

The gasket damage is the most likely problem. I have 2 huge rock divets, but the windshield will not spider, so I wait!

Grab a hammer, tell someone to hold your beer, and say hey y'all watch this!

Then call your insurance company for a new windshield!

mine used to do that after a heavy rain. it would drip out from the bottom side of it. water also leaked in from the ceiling in the back seat. i had the seal on the rear window replaced, and now everything is watertight. if youre not so sure, take it to a glass shop or the dealer. i think most or all dealers call the glass guys to do all their repairs, i dont think they do it themselves. the ford dealer where i took my truck has a glass company fix all their glass related issues. good luck! oh, btw..the rear seal fix was like 200 or 220...cant remember exact price.
