Every say 25-75 starts I will go to start the truck and it will go vrooop, sounding like you tried to start it once it was going. I click the key all the way back and go to start it and it starts right up. Any ideas?

My truck does this too. it sucks especially when you're around hot chicks and you're trying to show off...I read in some other posts that it can either be caused by the starter, or the flywheel. most guys who had this problem replaced either of these and it fixed the problem. The noise is caused either by the flywheel missing teeth, or if the bendix on the starter (something like that) isn't popping out and engaging the flywheel. I haven't fixed this on my truck yet, but when I do fix it, i'm probably going to replace both.
