Got my first truck today
As the title says i just got my first truck and first vehicle today. I'm 16 and i've been waiting for this day for years. Silver 2000 f150 ext. cab. 5 spd. manual. I'll post pics tomorrow when I have some daylight. Did some driving around today and getting used to a manual and these things drive so sweet. Now i gotta save up for some mods for it. Out of any of the f150 generations i believe this generation has the most potential for being completely Bad @$$. I'm glad that i could join the ranks of 97-03 f150 owners.

Sorry i didn't post pics sooner, yesterday and today i was working on her, went to install a kenwood hu and i was getting a protect message 
According to k.w. this meant a short somewhere. plugged back in factory hu and faded and balanced to each speaker, left rear sounded alot softer. Plugged back in the k.w. and clipped the left rear speaker wire and reset the unit. No more protect message. Pulled off the door panels and didn't find the short there so i removed the upper and lower trim on the rear driver's side pillar. the ford worker who put on a panel and got the wire stuck in under the clip. Quick trip for speaker wire and some soldering and no more short and the new unit works great. I have the mp 342u wanted ipod control didn't need nav, vid or what not.
In the way of plans for the truck I want to eventually add a lund moon visor, a black brush gaurd, black nerf bars, black bar style grille, black hood shield, fogs or driving lights behind the grill, recon scanning amber led light bar (this one's on santas list), gryphon tuner, and maybe true duals. This all won't get done right away, probably not even in a year.
Oh and here's the rims I want to save up for, opinions welcome on them.
