Default gas mileage

i heard if you take off the emergency brakes off it will help alot. has anyone ever heard this?

Do you mean disengage them or remove them from the truck I wouldn't remove them in case your brakes fail or if you park on a steep hill.

Um no i don't see how this would make any difference at all. They aren't anywheres near contact during regular driving, you gotta be going like 130 before they start rubbing on their own from spinning so fast (true story, local cop).
