This might be a stupid question, but dose the fx4 on my 97 f150 mean anything? I was told it meant it might have an electronic locking differential.

Somebody slapped that sticker on there. Fx4 didn't come about until 2002.

Electronic locking diffs weren't available until 2010 or something like that.
