Default Front Suspension parts

Does anybody know if any company makes stronger inner and outer tie rod ends? I have a 2001 4x4 crew cab 5.4l. Both my inner and outer tie rods are gone and I want stronger than stock ones. any ideas? Thanks

I had to replace the outer tierods, idler arm, and a lower ball joint on mine a few weeks back, and I went with MOOG because they have grease fittings.

putting on the lower control arm bushing is not very hard but you need the press to get the ball joint out and in.
