Default Front End Issues

I have replaced all ball joints, control arms, pitman arms, everything except shocks that have to do with the front suspension. My truck will not stay aligned, and now there is a popping noise coming from the front passenger side. My passenger side tire got kicked out over an inch while backing out of my driveway. And the popping noise does not occur constantly. It randomly pops 2-3 times and it is popping with rotation of the tires. Any ideas on how to fix any of these issues?

Year, engine, mileage, mods, 2wd, 4wd???

2wd n 4wd do have some different components not to mention you may have some ridiculous over jacked leveling kit for all I know

So before I waste my time....

'99 XLT, Triton 4.6L V8, 127xxx miles, 6 in. Fabtech Lift, 35 in general grabbers, 1/8th in. wheel spacers, aftermarket front end rebuild kit (about 3,000 miles ago), Front left tire seems to be the only one to go out of alignment...

I had a 1980 F-150 4x4 whose steering was mushy and the truck was always "hunting" around and wouldn't stay straight. Had it put on a lift and moved the steering wheel a little and saw the problem - cracked frame at the steering box. Previous owner tried to stiffen things up by welding on angle iron at the ends of the frame rails.
