Here I just googled and screen shot the problem.
Figured others in this thread need the info as well.
They are on Fleabay too for pretty cheap.
I had the same horrific, enbarrasing problem with a $30k truck with 50k miles. I had dropped it and screwed with the suspension, so gremlins showed their face quicker.

Didn't figure you had with the answer you gave. You're one of the ones I was talking about. They're cheap like $25 on eBay. Your truck will stay in line and not Pop in and out of Alignment on you.
I want to say it had something to do with the assembly line at ford (that could be completely wrong too) but I feel that's why they are like that.
