Question Front Bumper Gap Fix?

So, I could have sworn i've seen it somewhere before but a search turned up no results...

I have noticed there is quite a large gap between the lower grille area and the bumper, I thought I saw somewhere wher you could close this gap by tightening some screws?

Has anyone ever heard of this or done it?

Thanks!

Here are some pics so maybe you can tell what i'm talking about...

Look behind your bumper... loosen the nuts, push it up and tighten em back down...

Any downsides to this? Or is it just not put all the way up there?

I did mine cause when the idiot replaced it from his daughter pulling in front of me he put it on crooked. It bothered me do I just strightened it back up to be level my is bout 2 and a half inch gap between bumper and grill. If that helps. I've seen all kinds of diff gaps myself round here. I guess it's just a personal thing if ya war a bigger gap or not.

Not sure, but it may be possible to adjust the hood latch.
