Hello,

I have a chance of buying some OEM Ford nerf bars that were taken off a 2003 F-150 Extended Cab 4x4. The problem is that I have a 2003 F-150 SuperCrew 4x4.

Does anyone know if there is any difference between these nerf bars? Are they the same lenght? Are the steps in the same place? etc.

I called the local Ford Dealer, and was advised the Nerf Bars for the SuperCrew are longer than the ones for the Extnded Cab.

That and the plastic step pads for the rear door are placed differently, i think the nerf bars for my truck are meant for a super crew, but theyre after market. half the time i step on it i miss the plastic and go straight for the chrome. caution slippery when wet... learned that the hard way.
