Default fluid change time lots of ??????????

what is the best fluids to use to change out the front and rear diff and the transfer case? i want to use synthetic in them all but what viscositys and amounts? i couldnt find anything specific in the search feature... i have a 00 150 4x4 ex cab flareside with 4.6..got 100,000 on her so its time to make this happen.

motorcraft 75-140 syn for diffs and mercon 5 for transfer

If you have a locker in the rear make sure to add friction modifier to it or you will develop a chatter from the clutchs

Royal Purple is what I use. Same weight as Ford suggests, but you just can;t beat full-synthetic Royal Purple. They may cost just a hair more than some of their competitors, but the result is astounding. Check out their website. They put a lot of money into R&D and subsequently have gotten an awesome product. Just my opinion - take it for what is worth.
