Finally got around to replacing my radiator..
Well I finally got around to replacing my leaking radiator today. It actually was a fairly simple job. I started about 10am, and took a lunch around 12, and had everything picked up, topped off and reinstalled by about 1 PM. I did not have to pull the fan clutch like the book said. They say you have to, to get the fan shroud out, but I didnt see any reason to take it out. I did turn it a little to get to the lower tranny cooler line, but that was about it. So far I have about 20 miles on it, and no leaks thank god. I could not stand the smell of antifreeze anymore!! I will have to keep an eye on it for a few weeks, but Im sure itll be fine.
OH, and I did it all for under 200 bucks

Well they forgot to mention that some lower radiator hoses are different. In the book it only shows and mentions the normal style clamp. But the book says its for Expedition, F150, V6 and V8. The Expy radiator had the "bend tab, turn 45 deg. and pull apart" clamp for the lower radiator hose. I was able to make it work, and everything else was the same, just kinda p***ed me off when I bought the radiator.
BTW, that makes sense about the dealership. Even being an employee, they still wanted to charge me almost 600 dollars. It would have been about 100 cheaper if I had them do it on the side, but still....
