My buddy's 06 with 35s wasn't much quicker,I know its less reliable. No experience with the 5.3,but the only 5.7s I've run with and driven have been slow as ****.

I just feel like my truck is a total dog to everyone elsesfor some reason, i dont give my truck as much credit as i should

my buddies 350 always get me off the line but I'll get him around 25-30 and be a truck ahead of him

My cousins 5.7 would never get me anywhere.. even with a blown motor I think I got him lol. He refuses to race for money
