It looks like a Billet. Just Google "Billet" and plenty of sites pop up.

It looks like a knock off to me. Billet's do not come chromed.

yeah im confused my front end look like crap compared to that the lights are nice

all i have is stock everythang and the black gril i have has the xxxx shape its inposible to keep clean and looks like crapif i panted it it would still look like crap. i just want a new one if i get anythang off ebay i would have to use by it now option cuz im not gonna bid on crap. the head lights look nice to.

It's the whole shell and grill in one. This is as close I could find to what u have pictured. Hope it helps.
