With the app you mentioned.
Doesn't work w/iPhones.

From the info I collected. Droid platforms are the best/friendly as far as phone and the 327. Most recent info from Users AK and Whitegt who use it. I do not or have this crap myself, not yet anyway. Haven't needed it, updated all the right things giving my truck new life 10 years ago (185,000 miles, now at 342,000 currently) before this stuff existed. Haven't had a problem since. So I haven't got around to it yet.

Smart Phone (Droid sys), Elm 327 and Torque Pro app (not the free app) is the best you can do with all the options.

ok so i got that new scanner in and had it going while on a drive and went the speeds when the misfire occurs. To my disbelief it again showed no misfires on mode 6 i looked at type A misfires type B total misfires and misfires according to each cylinder. None of these were anywhere close to their limit and only cylinder one showed even having a misfire. The only test that was failed was my cylinder events and the limit was 4000 and my test value was 20080.
