Default Extra under the seat sub-box if anyone need one

Made a couple of these, then ended up changing sub sizes so I no longer need these. I had two 10" Type R's in this.

This is an enclosed box and will hold two 10" subs with a max *top* mount depth of 5.875 inches(requires seat lifted) and bottom of ~5inches(doesnt require seat modification) Cubic footage is Approx .64 ft^3 per sub.

Two questions. Did you make that yourself? And for that to be put in did you take out the seat frame and attach seat to that box? How does that work? Ha sorry for the third

Yes I made it myself, no you dont have to remove the seat at all to put it in. Just raise the bars on the seat like you normallly do and it will slide right into place.

I used a 1.5" baffle when I top mounted the type r's. Used a 7/8 spacer on all the seat foundations. And no the seats never touched the box nor the sub. The 1.5" baffle gave for an X max(excusion) of well over 30mm

I made everything out of 3/4 MDF for the box. The spacers were fabbed out of some old cast iron blocks then covered in grey carpet with 3m carpet glue.

What state are you in? available for pickup? You think 12s would fit if the holes were cut out a bit bigger?

Where are you located?? How much does the box weigh?? I just fabbed up the same set up but with two 8" alpines and I had ports. I want to see the difference between the two.

I am in southern VA, approx. 30minutes from the Kentucky border. The box is around 40lbs.
