Default Exhaust manifold studs

Okay so soon I'm going to be doing the exhaust manifolds on my 03 5.4 and I was wondering what studs to get ( A link would be nice ) and what to use when I start soaking the old studs.

well I'd like to see what all penetrating oil you guys like and see what works best and what type of studs you all have had good luck with to the guys that have done theirs. The videos are of them being done not the long term or anything stud wise and rusting.

For studs, I'd first look for a OEM set on fleabay. Probably the best you'll find within a reasonable price range. Just get better nuts if they come with steel. The nuts are what rots the studs eventually. Make sure the trans mount is good, or you'll just snap the studs in no time.
