My 97 Lariat didn't have wires for the turn signals. I had to add wires from the interior door lights to the mirrors when I added puddle lights.
I'm checking the wiring diagrams but I think there are only 3 wires in the connector.

Edit:
Wiring diagrams too hard to follow.
Looked in door, only three factory wires on mine.

Also, my power mirrors both quit working and I fixed both by removing the wire connectors from the motors and soldering the wires directly to the motor.
This was after buying an aftermarket mirror assembly and having problems with mirror shake.
I just fixed the originals and put them back on the truck. Then trashed the aftermarket china ones as I didn't want to curse someone else with them.

My mirror work but they have been spray painted 2-3 times so I’m just gonna order a set or look one some one parting a Oxford white truck out and get a set of factory mirrors with the color match caps on it, but thanks for the info on the wiring
