Ok so are we all agreeing on using my new pump with a stock f150 pick up tube and stock f150 pan?

No... You will starve the engine for oil.. Use the navi pickup, and find a navi pan from a 00/01..

Will a stock f150 fuel pump supply a mild navi with say a tuner and exhaust? It's probably close to the limit huh?

I don't think the pick up tube diameter difference is enough to be a factor. Assuming they dip in the pan the same depth.

I'm pretty certain you'll need the larger capacity 4v pump. Not sure what combination you need tho. I just made a few suggestions, I'm honestly not 100% confident on what you'll need.

But if the 4v flows 8% more stock, and you're engine is going to be hopped up... I'm pretty sure will need that extra oil flow.

EDIT: ask Jimmy @ JDM engineering 732-780-0770. They are extremely reputable engine builders, they will know much more than MMR. If that fails call JJ @ woodbine motorsports 410-259-8737 I can say with confidence that one of these guys can answer your questions. They both specialize in modular engines.
