By the time someone sold the extra parts not needed, they could have well under 2 grand in a complete swap.

Found the engine knock in my camry lol. Looks like the cap is probably toast too. Didn't really want to build a camry engine, but looks like i have no choice. Maybe i can tear apart my other broken camry engine and borrow parts.

Im hoping the crankshaft is salvageable, but probably not lol.

Wow.. From the "good running" Craigslist engine too?
Is the bearing broken or work clean through?

Bonus week. Instead of saving i think ill just knock out the rest of my parts list. Gonna call induction motorsports tomorrow in hope of a decent price for longtubes. If its more than 500 before shipping i'll pass and just order shorties.

If its more than $500 before shipping ask them to charge $500 and pay extra on shipping to make you feel better lol

What's actually damaged? That may have to be fixed before the engine goes in

I know for sure the tranny and lift crossmember and the frame around there is very slightly bent. I'll get under it and see what's actually damaged tomorrow. I wanna say the guy mentioned a hanger on the frame
