Personally I do not, but some lightning guys run them and like them a lot. The issue is that they don't seal the spark plug hole like the Motorcraft COPs do. So some had issues with water getting into the holes cause issues. Mike Dunn(RIP) designed and made boot sleeves to cure this issue.

I'm talking about 2V too. Yes they do feel loose. I always ran bolts in mine but only finger tight. The Weapon X's I haven't ever dealt with to comment how they fit but I do know they don't have prevision for bolts. There are some L guys that don't run bolts on there Motorcraft COPs without issue.

Hopefully you have a friend to help. It's a real bear, idk what kinda help a body life is gonna do.

Yeah those sleeves are about 1/4 thinner than the sleeves on the coils.

You don't have to pull it. Slide it back out of the way on the cross member. Keeps you from having to lift or lower the tranny also. Did it on mine. Assuming you don't have exhaust in the way....

With the length on that nice new 4r100, I'm surprised you even need a new drive shaft. Expecting to see the two yokes joined by a u-joint. LOL

Still a really nice upgrade! And I bet someone does eventually use your notes to complete the swap. Have you got your injectors yet? Didn't start it up with the 19#s did you?

Apparently the 80#s don't like to be tuned down low. So I had to go with some 88# deutchworks.

Nope, not yet. I don't think they would hurt anything at idle...... if I had a tuner. lol

LOL. One step at a time my friend. you've got more money and time tied up in this project than most people spend on their mortgage in a year. Everything would have to be perfect before I even put a key in it.
