I think Thomas should let me fab up some alumninum plates for him so he can run a GT500 intake.

Also making some valve cover plates that say:
Hand built with pride by
**** ***** ****
Twin Turbo FX4

Just need to come up with a name for the truck lol. Raptor, Ligtning, Viper, Cobra are all out of question.

gaskets are usually .034 to .040 compressed thickness. And no I wouldnt do great than .020 bore because of the coolant holes.

If I use a set of mild cams that dont require me to change out my tc to one with a higher stall would keeping the stock heads be a bad idea?

Why not chimera? It seems to fit your build.

I am hoping for 60hp over my current 160,000 engine with .020 over, dished pistons. Maybe head work, bbk throttle body and LTs

Ill have a bbk throttle body for sale after my engine swap happens. Also have longtubes but my buddy will probably buy those.
