Do I need to worry about pegging a stock MAF with a 6# lower & a stock upper? Debating whether to get a SCT ba2400 or ba2600 or a stock L MAF.

Btw, how do you feel about the stock HE with efans?
I need the extra cooling for sure being a heavier truck and with towing I do. Be terrified to the IAt temps and general coolant temps.
I am worried that efans and a stock HE may not be enough

The stock L one would be the best bang for the buck.

The thing you guys have to look at is proposed power levels. You guys are borderline to each way with a tuner and the parts you are putting on. You could run a 6lb lower ported blower and plenum and de-tune and be fine with stock heat exchanger and fans and maf. Same setup with a different tune will yield much higher horsepower levels which will require more mods to run efficiently,.ie bigger exchanger with fans and bigger maf.
Personally if it were me in your shoes to be safe I would get the sct maf and a bigger exchanger with fans and not worry about it. Last thing you want to do is tear into it again to add more parts that should have been put on in the first place.

Efans on the exchanger correct? The lightning supercharger cooling system is separate from the engine cooling.

Yeap. That's why you bought the Bosch pump and reservoir. It has it's on cooling system. Goes from one tube on the back of the manifold/intercoooler to pump to exchanger. Then from the exchanger back into the manifold on the other side.
