Ya, I'm just missing most of the hoses, lines, and basically ALL the bolts. Should have alternator on the way too.

Manifold to heads - M8x1.25 (use your oil pan bolts and buy the oil pan studs for 9.99)
Supercharge bolted from top into the manifold M10x1.5

The back 4 bolts on the midplate to manifold are only about 1" though.
