I'd say if they were flow tested and they have a chart sure. I have thought about going that route but then again it would depend on price of course but for stock I'm sure there has to be deals on some good used 19lbers for your truck

I saw some a little while back that produced a "fog", for lack of a better word, rather than a stream. Do yall think these could be more beneficial and facilitate a more complete fuel burn?

Fog would mean better fuel atomization

That is what I was thinking too. I just wonder if it would be worth the change in order to see what benefits may be had. I cant find a review for them online that involves a 5.4

I have a set of used 19#s out of my 97. Still worked fine. I could send them to you if you pay shipping.

I mean if your going for mpg and that's really the benefit if the motor isn't modded. Have you seen the drop off in mpg's? Cats might be starting to plug, could be a handful of things..

Well my passenger side upstream 02 sensor went out two weeks ago and the strangest thing happened. My MPG went up from 14.8 avg. to 15.6 and it got me thinking. Why in the world would this cause them to go up and what could I change when I replace the o2 sensor to keep it this way. So this is from from a strictly curiosity based standpoint.
