Not quite. Hog jawls are used for seasoning collard greens n such. Hogs head cheese is a loaf made from various left over parts of the pigs head (snout, ears, cheek meat) cooked mixed with spices. Its a lot like souse if you've ever heard of that. The things you learn in the south.

Fried pickles are the ****!!! Only thing I miss from back home is.... The food. Montana has no clue what good food. My mom made some fried chicken for some of out friends up here. And now we have people calling trying to buy her fried chicken.

More or less, don't expect high quality oem type stuff but yes they will help with cackle.
