One on the left is the egr differential pressure switch. You won't be using that if you block off the egr. At least that's what I'm doing. Not 100% sure about the right 2. Something to do with the boost bypass valve? Alot of that stuff won't be used.

Ya, I'm deleting the egr. The stuff connected to bypass, I have no idea. I don't have any other that

so I need all 3 of these in the picture?
That just adds to final list
Gauge setup
Waterpump
Another 255
Lower pulley+pump
Throttle+cc cable
Pulley bridge spacer bolts
Spark plugs.
I can't believe this list keeps growing ugh

Not the dpf. It's for the egr. And I'm really not sure about the others. I'm hoping 4x4dave or fordmotorsport can enlighten us. Since there isn't a plug on our harness for them, it seems there would have to be a way to bypass or work around them.

I bought an L harness to simplify things but I feel so overwhelmed even imagining trying to do this myself sometimes. My brain has limited space and it hit its quota last fall

Would an interceptor PCM work in our trucks since it wouldn't have PATS? Sorry for off topic, It wouldn't be worth making a new thread of and I know all the guys who would be able to answer this are in this thread often.

All you need to remember is fuel and air..a tuner will fix the rest. You don't have a lightning PCM so you wouldn't be reading those anyway. I deleted all of those and had zip tied all those loose connectors together. It's been so long I can't tell you the names of them, you can only do this if you delete the egr because of the two small vac lines that run from the egr valve (silver plug) to the egr tube. Remember the Lightning and the stock egr tubes are different, same design different lengths. Then have the tuner turn off the egr. Again, fuel and air, get a wide band to monitor and you'll be just fine.
