With my truck becoming more of a project and less of my daily driver I want to start building my motor some. I've done a few bolt ons 3" cat back exhaust sct x4 custom tuned and that's it as far as motor work. I'm thinking I want to get longtube headers maybe cams and down the road get a supercharger. I'm very new to this and you guys know much more about this stuff then I do so what do you guys think? I'm not looking for a street racer just some more power want to maybe be around 350 horse without sacrificing reliability and longevity if the motor and truck

Realistically
Blower swap: $3000
Built motor, cams, LTs: $4500
Then a trans to hold the power: $2500

Do you think I would be better off going NA or with a supercharger?

Supercharger, but it's a slippery, very expensive slope. If you plan on keeping your truck for years it may be worth it. If your on the fence about selling it, don't do it

I was on the fence about selling it, but I have pretty much decided I'm going to keep it. I won't be doing any motor work too soon. All my money is going to body work right now I'll have to do a little saving lol
