Default edge evolution in MA/NH

Hey guys, I'm having issues with my edge tuner, it's the old school evo...

Just bought a set of 35s and can't program them in because my cord went bad a while back and won't connect to the truck... just says connecting to bridge please wait...

A new cord is $75

Does anyone have one in Mass or Southern NH? I would like to try just the cord to see if that's my issue before dropping $100 to get this thing to my steps...

Was able to try a known good cord another F150 owner had... won't power up, turns on with my cord but won't connect, gotta send the unit in... $99 and they'll replace the board and send a new cord... good deal as long as they can get my stock program out and into the new board, because otherwise I'll be locked into a tune on my rig because I can't return it to stock and the new unit probably won't be able to do anything with that... I'll ask tech support before I send it in... but figured you guys were wondering haha not really, but figured I'd update and eventually bring this thread closure when I get my old crappy edge back...

You have the 16050 correct? I bought one used recently and just sold it to avoid that issue because it frightened me. Does the newer model edge evo 16030 have that issue?
