If you want to get the pre-runner/desert truck look/performance, you will need to do a lot more than slap some coilovers on. You will need to have some longer a arms fabbed up to accept them. You should look into a full suspension lift kit, then modifying it to accept the king or fox setup you want. I assume you are looking to be able to fit a nice king or fox shock/coilover/remote setup? It doesn't exist (as far as I have been able to find) for our truck to bolt into the stock location.

That's because your stock suspension has torsion bars, there's no room on our stock aarms to fit coilovers. Your need to fab up some new aarms or go with a long travel kit from someone like Dixon bros racing. Even then it's not bolt on. You have to cut out all the stock mounts and weld on the new ones and shock hoops.

For the rear it's a little easier, you could get some deaver leaf springs with some shocks of your choice and have a pretty capable rear end set up.
