Need some help on where to start looking. I have a 01 with power door locks. Here's the problem. Both door locks will not unlock or lock useing keyless remote, or by useing the switch on either door. They will both move, but will not fully lock or unlock. The more you hit the button the weaker it gets. Not sure where to look first. Any ideas? Thanks.

I would start by pulling off the door panels and taking a look in there. It might be something as simple as a good cleaning, a little grease, and making sure the latch rod which runs between your handle and latch assembly is working properly or in need of adjustment.
